NEW JOE JOST WEBSITE GETS TOASTED SATURDAY

Joe Jost, Long Beach’s oldest surviving bar, has a newly redesigned website, with a front page which–wisely–gives you a drinker’s-eye-view of the darkly-wooded bar: schooners at the ready, ancient pennants and “No shirt, no shoes …” sign; and, of course, the jar of famously-pickled eggs and bags of roasted peanuts.
