LB Pizza Co.’s Pesto Pizza builds from the bottom-up with a predictable foundation: soft, hand-tossed crust followed by pesto sauce and a generous heap of mozzarella. On top, the tomato, feta cheese and artichoke hearts deliver a collective, salty and tangy final blow, crowning this pizza an indisputable legend. The Pesto Pizza is in a class of its own: Round Table’s Gourmet Veggie comes close, but runs another six dollars. It’s not often that the best of both worlds exists, let alone waits for you mere miles from your front door.
