The Mexican Mocha at Viento y Agua is subtle and rich, made with Ibarra chocolate from Guadalajara, Mexico, blended with your choice of soy milk and combined with a fresh espresso shot. “It’s a lot of work,” shouts Sarah over the whir of the blender, “but it’s my favorite thing to make. People always say it’s the best mocha they’ve ever had.” It’s true, I love this mocha—and this place: today, I could sip my mocha in a plush chair, or I could cruise the art gallery, but instead I opt for the sidewalk.
