Brazilian surfing documentary filmmaker Alexander Ribas searches for mysterious characters known as “soul surfers” in Indonesia. Soul surfers? Is this some sort of astral projection deal, where people send their souls out on epic surfing adventures, while their bodies are still nice and dry at home?
