San Pedro has some of the most amazing coastline around, perfect for a day with the family or an evening of loving seduction. For more adventurous folk, though, the area probably seems perfect for a terrifying dive off the bluffs. But it’s ideas like that that make the laws fairly restrictive, going so far as to explicitly ban things like voluntary parachuting―assuming that someone actually forces people to parachute.
