A liquor store owner could scrounge no sympathy for the devil after a man wearing a demonic Halloween disguise came at him with a sawed-off shotgun. The HBPD reports the man made some quick demands for cash, and the store owner had no choice but to comply, giving up around $2,000. Of note, the devil apparently buys American, as the victim reported him getting away in some kind of domestic car. The devil is also said to have a ponytail and was last seen wearing a blue shirt and tan pants.

Day nearly turned night when a trip to the hospital became a tireless trek for one local man. After driving down to Orange County to visit an undisclosed medical center, the man lost sight of his car following his exam, eventually deciding to walk all the way home from Newport Beach because he didn’t have a cell phone to call the police. However, once he did phone the cops about the apparent theft, officers were dispatched to the area, where they found the ’89 Buick right where he left it.
