CRIMINY!

The Lookout

405 FREEWAY
SUN | JUNE 1 3:36AM
Police discovered that a man was out for more than just a Sunday morning drive when they tried to pull him over and he sped away. The pursuit spilled off of some roads near the 405 and 22 freeways and onto side streets, speeding through towns at over 100 miles per hour. But like all good criminals on the run, the man eventually abandoned his car and tried to flee on foot. He ended up in Westminster at the corner of McFadden and Edwards, his gun drawn at the police. Police responded in full force and the man, like all not-so-good criminals, was brought down by the cops.

UES | JUNE 3 5:40PM
It was a typical Tuesday for a duo of plain-car policemen on patrol until they drove down Greenleaf Avenue and caught sight of a tagger. The man was set up just south of the wholesomely-named Mulberry Road and was going to work on the back of a building facing some nearby railroad tracks. One officer was able to grab the tagger after a quick foot pursuit. Backup then arrived and picked off the lookout, who was supposedly keeping watch at a local park—his scooter apparently couldn’t roll him away from the scene fast enough. // MILES CLEMENTS
