A neighborhood squabble spilled over to the police on Friday night when a man contacted the cops over his neighbors’ insufferable behavior. The caller complained that his neighbors were placing orange cones in the middle of the street (which read “Children at Play”) and were hounding anyone who didn’t seem to be following their orders. After his daughter was followed home by one of the do-gooder neighbors, the caller requested that the police give them what they deserved: a lesson in the finer points of harassment.
