A pair of thieves took their time with a heist early Sunday night, wandering about a drug store for about 20 minutes before putting their plan into action. Their scheme wasn’t much to behold, however, as the two simply grabbed as much as they could and ran out the door, stuffing everything into a car waiting in a nearby parking lot. On the thieves To-Steal list: cash, a gumball machine and a mistletoe display.

Drivers reported being harassed by a man who staked out a spot in some of the greener pastures of a local freeway off-ramp. According to at least one caller, the man approached a number of cars and pounded on their windows asking for money. The caller reported that this wasn’t an uncommon sight, of course. What surprised the driver—and what prompted a call to the cops—was that when drivers refused to give the man some change, he would allegedly pull down his pants and pee on their cars, making sure to hit each one as they sped off into the city.
