BOUCHEES BISTRO

More than just a French-inspired ploy, “bouchée” best translates to “mouthful”—a clever naming scheme that promotes Bouchees’ miniature side, as the restaurant offers scaled-down versions of nearly every dish on its menu, turning its sandwiches and burgers into bite-sized mouthfuls. And its burgers are easily some of the best in town, grilled from fresh sirloin, turkey, vegetable and ahi tuna. After you pick a protein, you can build your burger up with classic toppings (lettuce, tomato) and slightly more upscale accoutrements (caramelized onions, shiitake mushrooms and the like). Then move on to cheeses (cheddar, gruyere, brie, among others) and sauces (green peppercorn dijonnaise, bacon-black pepper ranch, dill yogurt sauce, to name a few) to top off a perfect meal.
