PRESIDENTIAL POLITICS: POTOMAC PRIMARY

Obama snaps up Virginia with ease and is doing the same in Maryland and D.C. Clinton continues to write off Obama’s relatively small-state wins and is looking ahead to March 4th and the contests in Texas and Ohio. When the night is all over, however, Obama will have a definitive delegate lead. Hillary is putting her money and energy in a Giuliani-esque big state strategy that she hopes will fend off Obama’s momentum.

Meanwhile, the Washington Post reports that Mike Henry, Clinton’s deputy campaign manager, has resigned. This comes in the wake of the exit of Clinton’s campaign manager just a few days ago.

On the GOP side, McCain marches on is starting to really put Huckabee away for good.
