Dining out isn’t always a noble or even economical cause, but tonight’s a different story. That’s because dozens of restaurants all through the county will be taking part in this year’s Dine Out LA, a one-day fundraiser to help combat homelessness and hunger in those affected by AIDS.

Participating restaurants will be donating 20 or more percent of the day’s proceeds to the Aid for AIDS charity. Local participants include diPiazza’s, Hot Java, The House of Madame JoJo, Paradise, Park Pantry, The Pizza Place, Sevilla and The Whale and Ale.
