Homeland Security vs. Get out the vote

Pennsylvania, where the Declaration of Independence was signed and the Constitution was forged, has come up with an interesting approach to fighting terrorism.  As part of its anti-terrorist measures, the state government is refusing to disclose the location of polling places.

Because if you make it easy for citizens to participate in the political process, then the terrorists have won.
