The Way We Worked @ Historical Society Long Beach
We are very excited to bring this exhibit to the City. With photos and murals, the exhibit tells the story of Americans at work beginning in the mid-1800s and continuing into the late 1980s. All of the photos come from the collection of the National Archives, and tell the compelling story of how work and the workplace have changed over the past 150 years. The exhibit was first shown in Washington D.C. and has since had three showings in New York and Oregon. Currently this is the only stop scheduled in California. The exhibit is free to the public.
