Ms. Rhinehart is correct. The homeowners, residents, and taxpayers who never had respiratory problems need to file a class action personal injury law suit so that money becomes a disincentive factor.

Mike, an actual or “apparent” conflict-of-interest is always relevant under the law according to the LA County District Attorney's Office. This reminds me of the E-mails from Tom Marchese's CA records request published by both the District Weekly and the LB Report where Bob Foster apparently advised his staff to move the sweetheard wetlands land swap deal along quietly while he was on vacation without making Council aware of it.
