Beyond the occasional Kogi stop at the Queen Mary, Long Beach hasn’t seen too much of the in/famous nouveau food trucks currently roaming LA. But that’s about to change. Beginning tomorrow, Cal Heights’ fledgling Sunday farmers market will start hosting said trucks, welcoming a new one each month. Kicking off the mobile residency is Baby’s Badass Burgers. Here’s what the market has to say:

“Road stoves” or gourmet taco trucks will set up shop at the Long Beach Sunday Market located in California Heights, on California Road at Bixby. The premier event this Sunday December 27th will feature Baby’s Badass Burgers, a hot pink catering rig serving up burgers and dogs.

Baby’s burger truck will be parked in front of the market serving up gourmet burgers from 11am to 1pm. Stop by on your way in or out of the farmers market and show the Baby’s staff a little love! For menu and prices, and locations join their Twitter & visit http://babysbadassburgers.com

The Long Beach Sunday Market will feature a different truck every month. Coming in January is the Dosa Truck.
