Korey Dane CD Release Party
Warm up to the Zombie Walk at {open} with cute-rock kids Boris Smile and soft/sandpaper-voiced troubadour and fan of flannel Korey Dane (performing with Tess Shapiro, she of what’s pretty much my favorite voice, ever). We haven’t had a chance to write much about Dane, but his songs—quiet acoustic guitars, some strings, all the stuff that’s good for early-evening fall shows inside bookstores—merit more than just a listen or two on MySpace. Ten bucks—or the purchase of Dane’s new CD—gets you in the door, and also some Halloween goodies.
