Speculation can finally be settled: young, lovable Long Beach rockers Avi Buffalo (profiled in this very paper way back in July 2008) have signed to estimable indie label Sub Pop. The band will be releasing a 7″ single on December 8 (pre-order here) with a full-length presumably to follow. Avi will be playing the Echo on November 5.
