MOLINA HEALTHCARE OF CALIFORNIA NAMES NEW CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER
Long Beach-based Molina Healthcare Inc. has announced a new Chief Medical Officer at its subsidiary, Molina Healthcare of California: Dr. Richard Bock, who was promoted from his former position as its medical director.
“Dr. Bock has demonstrated exceptional leadership as the medical director for
the California plan and will bring the same dedication and energy as he takes on
the responsibility of overseeing the clinical operations,” Molina Healthcare of California President Lisa Rubino told Reuters.
Bock’s prior Southern California experience comes by way of previous positions with healthcare organizations like Optichart Consulting, Prospect Medical Systems, Medeor Systems, Adventist Health System Foundation, Access Choice and FHP, Reuters reports.
The new chief medical officer earned his medical degree from the New York Medical College, and his master`s degree in business administration from University of Redlands in California.
