First Self magazine called our women miserable, now Fit Pregnancy magazine thinks they’re even worse off when they’re pregnant.

The motherly mag recently released its annual rankings of pregnancy-friendly cities, with scores based on affordability, health factors, fertility laws and services, stroller friendliness and so on. Of the 50 largest cities in the country, Long Beach came in at a cool 47th, beating only Memphis, Las Vegas and Detroit.
