Do I despise Fox-TV’s Christina Gonzales? Si! I do! I have twice seen her barge into the most obscene grief, once when she and her producers pointed their camera at a woman who had just come home to find her husband had killed their four children and himself. The woman walked back and forth, crazily, and they kept that camera trained on her for what seemed like hours. It was despicable.

And do I love cops? Verily and fo sho! (Probably just to piss off my counterculture mama.) But Fox has footage from yesterday’s May Day Soiree in Macarthur Park showing Gonzales getting her ass beat by Hot Cops; she had her shoulder dislocated just trying to get back to her news truck, and her camerawoman had her wrist fractured. It’s intense–like, Putin-intense.
