FIXER-SUPPER: RADISH SNACKS!

 

Spotted this photo a few days ago over on Tastespotting, drooled, and clicked through to where the absolutely, ridiculously-great sounding recipe lives on add an egg. Radishes? Bread? Beer?

Don’t question. Just eat.

Over the summer, my pal Aliye showed me a super simple version of this recipe using just thinly sliced baguette slices, butter, super thinly sliced radishes and (teensy pinches of) salt and pepper. Pile one on top of the other, beginning with the bread and ending with the pepper.

Yum!
